Note 1: drive chain adjustment 

Periodic adjustment of the drive chain will be necessary to maintain 

proper tension. If the chain is too loose, it will make a "popping" noise 

while accelerating, indicating the need for immediate adjustments. 

Before Adjusting the chain, please make sure to disconnect the battery 

power to prevent accident starts or shocks. Lose the rear axle nuts until 

the tyre can be moved easily. Adjust the rear tyre position to change the 

tension by adjusting the back tyre adjusting screw. Check the tension by 

rotating the tyre by hand. Be sure that the tension of the chain should be 

proper only. To tight may cause easy broken and the axis of the tyre to be 

parallel to the motor. Tighten the axle nuts and recheck the tension. 

After Sales Service and repair of electrical scooter 

1. If there are any problems with our products while being use, feel free 

to contact your retailer as soon as possible, The retailers will help you 

diagnose your product and have some kind of repair methods for you to 

repair your scooter.   

2. If the battery, engine, charger, chain, and activator are damaged within 

the 3 

month

 

warranty 

. the retailer will be informing to replace or 

repair(if available).The valid date of warranty starts on the date of the 

invoice that you had purchased the scooter.   

3. For the first 30 days everything on the scooter is cover by the warranty. 

After that, only major electrical components listed in number two 

statement are cover. Everything else is considering accessor.
