INSTALLATION AND START UP

When unpacking the furnace, check that it is in perfect condition and notify the shipper
and the supplier of any damage.
Remember to have the deliveryman sign the shipping bill, after marking down any
reservations you may have, and to confirm the letter by registered mail with
acknowledgment of receipt.
IMPORTANT :
Install the furnace in a well-ventilated area and make sure it is at least 10 cm from
walls or other surfaces.
START UP :
Connect the vacuum pump socket 4
Plug the vacuum hose into the connector 5
Plug the socket 3
Plug the air pressure hose into the connector 7
WARNING :
For the furnace to work properly, the circuit air pressure should obligatory be at
least 3 bars ( even when the pressing system is out of use )
After checking that the main voltage matches that noted on the rating plate 6, plug the
cord into a standard 10/16 A socket with a ground terminal. We recommend that the
furnace be operated on a separated electric circuit.
Turn on the main switch 1, you will hear a beep.
Press the “ Standby ” key. The platform moves down, stopping in low position, for
roughly 5 minutes.
Put the refractory base on the platform.
You may now set the program parameters.
