Do not connect the GenerLok
™
power cord to GenerLink
™
if the red
fault status light is continuously illuminated.
■
Never connect or disconnect the GenerLok
™
power cord to/from your
portable generator while the generator is operating. Turn off the portable
generator and turn off all circuits in your breaker panel before connecting
or disconnecting the power cord.
■
Before using the GenerLok
™
power cord, check the cord for exposed wires
and/or frayed insulation.
■
Keep the power cord stored in a dry, safe location when not in use.
■
Ensure that the GenerLok
™
power cord is in a protected area where it will
not be damaged by lawn mowers, power tools or vehicles.
■
Never attempt to remove, repair, dismantle, modify, or alter GenerLink
™
once it has been installed.
