Replacement
Instructions
Before
beginning
the
installation
of
the
110W
Blower
Drive
Boards,
turn
OFF
the
RecoupAerator
with
the
main
power
switch
at
the
external
electronics
cover.
Also
unplug
the
RecoupAerator
from
its
power
outlet.
It
may
be
necessary
to
disconnect
the
RecoupAerator
from
the
duct
work
to
allow
easy
access
to
both
sides.
1.
Begin
by
removing
the
four
thumb
screws
from
the
top
filter
cover
then
lift
off.
Then
remove
the
side
attached
with
four
5/16”
screws.
Remove
the
white
polystyrene
insulation
piece
behind
the
metal
side.
2.
The
New
Blower
Drive
Boards
do
not
require
the
metal
cover
shown
below.
The
Electronics
cover
illustrated
here
may
not
have
been
included
with
your
model
and
also
may
not
have
the
two
screws
in
the
center
of
the
cover.
3.
U
sing
a
¼”
nut
driver
you
may
need
to
remove
the
two
screws
in
the
middle
of
the
cover
and
three
(3)
screws
shown
circled
below.
Lift
out
the
cover,
while
making
sure
not
to
catch
on
any
of
the
electrical
wiring
harness.
