6. Remove the rear of the housing from the base by unscrewing
the two Phillips flathead screws.
(See Figure 7)
7. Use these
screws to
replace the
rear with the
blower unit,
being careful
not to damage
the wiring to
the attached
circuit board.
(See Figure 8)
8. Attach the mounting plate with heater unit to the shelf
extending from the rear of the housing. Align the holes and
secure using the Phillips panhead screws mentioned in step
5.
(See Figure 8)
9. Using a small screwdriver, disconnect the wiring to the N and
L1 ports on the heater circuit board.
(See Figure 8)
10. Next, replace the heater circuit board with the circuit board
that is wired to the blower. To do this, locate the two Phillips
panhead screws on the heater circuit board. Unscrew them
and remove the board from the mounting plate. With the two
plastic spacers already over the small holes on the mounting
plate, set the blower circuit board on top of the spacers,
keeping the wiring on the same side. Align the holes in the
board with the spacers and insert the small Phillips panhead
screws. Secure the assembly.
(See Figure 8)
11. Connect the heater
wiring harness to the
blower circuit board
as shown. Then
connect the external
power supply
(not
included)
to the
circuit board. The
recommended power
supply is 24 VAC, 50
VA.
(See Figure 9)
12. To mount your camera, consult the next section, Camera

on page 11.
