RETURNING PARTS FOR SERVICE/REPAIR/REPLACEMENT
Once any part is determined to be defective, the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process must be initiated.

Transducers
When shipping transducers for service/repair/replacement, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that each
transducer meets the requirements laid out in
11.4 Shipping Transducers for Service

Battery Module
The battery module contains a lithium ion battery. When shipping by ground, this is an unregulated product.

the lithium ion battery is classified as Dangerous Goods and must be shipped in
