4-13 Description of Each Parameter and Function
For each parameter functions and menus, refer to Tables 4-8, 4-9, and 4-10.
* The menu marked in an optional item is a function available only when a product equipped with the
optional function is purchased.

Description
Option
ARC
LEVEL
VOLT
A01
Setting of voltage threshold for ARC detection
ARC detection is activated when the voltage decreases to the set value
or less during output operation.
When it is set to 0V, the voltage-based ARC detection is disabled.
CRNT
A02
Setting of current threshold for ARC detection
ARC detection is activated when the current increases to the set value or
more during output operation.
TIME
MARC
A03
Setting of MARC processing time
The MARC process is performed for the set time.
The minimum setting time can be shorter.
A
HARC
TIME
A04
Setting of HARC processing judgment time
The HARC process is performed for the set time.
JOG
A05
Setting of HARC processing judgment time
CONT
A06
Setting of the number of times of HARC processing judgments
SET
SET1
STP
A08
Setting of ARC process
ENBL: Output interruption when ARC is detected
If it is not an Option model, the setting is fixed to ENBL.
DSBL: The low output process becomes selectable when ARC detection
is activated.
ARC energy increases.
A
SS
A07
The setting of the output rising rate after the ARC process
If it is not an Option model, the setting is fixed to 5.
It can be selected between level 1 and level 5. The smaller the value, the
slower.
S
RCV
A09
The setting of the function by which the power supply automatically
judges whether the ARC electric discharge is improved after the
completion of the ARC process.
With the automatic judgment enabled, the control reduces the output if it
is judged that the ARC electric discharge has not improved.
If it is not an Option model, the setting is fixed to DSBL.
DSBL: Without automatic judgment
ENBL: With automatic judgment These becomes selectable.
S
SET2
LARC
A10
Setting whether or not to use the low ARC energy circuit.
ENBL: used
DISBL: Unused
ARC energy increases.
DELY
A11
The ARC detection can be intentionally delayed for the set period of time.
This is disabled when the set value is 0.
SGNL
A38
The output time of the MARC and HARC signals on the USER1 port can
be set.
The signals are output for the set period of time.
RCV
CRNT
A12
When RCV (Menu No. A09) is set to ENBL and the control to suppress
the output is activated after the ARC process recovery, this set is used to
suppress the output.
The higher the set value, the more difficult it may be for the ARC
electric discharge to be suppressed.
S
PRAM
A37
Collectively change the parameters.
They can be saved in two ways: parameters A and B.
FAIL
ABSO
A61
Setting for FAIL ARC ABSO processing.
FAIL processing is performed when HARC is detected for the set number
of times.
If set to 0, FAIL processing is disabled.
RATE
CNT
A62
Setting of FAIL ARC RATE processing judgment counts.
FAIL processing is performed when HARC is detected for the set number
of times within the set time.
If set to 0, FAIL processing is disabled.
TIME
A63
Setting of FAIL ARC RATE processing judgment times.
