4-14 Display of ERROR Code on Front Panel
When FAIL or WARNING occurs, the corresponding ERROR code is displayed on the front panel.

The * in warning is the unit No. Refer to [Table 4-13: ERROR code correspondence table during P/S
operation].
The output is stopped in the event of FAIL, and the READY is disabled until FAIL is released.
When the FAIL condition is improved, the FAIL is released after the reset operation is performed.
