8. Troubleshooting
This chapter describes how to take measures against trouble.
8-1 Troubleshooting
In the event of a trouble, do the initial diagnosis according to the procedure below. If the symptom is not
improved even after troubleshooting, contact us.
Checking connector parts etc. is dangerous. So be sure to shut off the upper-stream
breaker for the power supply and leave for five or more minutes before inspection.

(4) Incorrect setting of the backside setting
switch
(1) Check the input cable connections.
(2) Check the backside P switch.
(3) If the condition is not improved,
replace the corresponding product.

The interlock cannot be
released.
No connection between pins 37-34 of USER1
PORT or between pins 1-5 of USER2 PORT.
Check whether or not a signal is
produced between the 37 and 34 pins of
the external control device.

READY does not turn on.
(1) FAIL occurs.
(2) INTERLOCK is not released.
(1) Determine the caue of FAIL and, if
possible, improve it.
(2) Release INTERLOCK.

Secondary-unit failure with p/s connection
established
Turn OFF/ON the breaker for both
primary and secondary.
If the problem is not improved, check the
FAIL on the secondary side and take
action for the corresponding FAIL.
If the error occurs frequently even after
taking measures, replace the product.
