WINDING THE MOVEMENT
Unscrew the crown to position A and turn it clockwise to wind 
the movement. When the movement has been stopped for a 
long period, 20 turns of the crown will wind it to provide suf-
ficient accuracy.

The automatic winding mechanism does not function when 
you are not wearing your watch, and the movement stops after 
about 48 hours.
