Bed exit management screen
Select:
•
Detection 1
to change level of detection to
a patient out-of-bed. Confirm by pressing
YES to set, press NO to return to Patient risk
management screen.
•
Detection 2
to change level of detection to a
patient attempting to get out of bed. Confirm
by pressing YES to set, press NO to return to
Patient risk management screen.
•
Detection 3
to change level of detection to
patient movement in bed. Confirm by pressing
YES to set, press NO to return to Patient risk
management screen.
•
Loudspeaker pictogram
to get to the Alarm
settings screen and set volume level and
select tone.
•
Auto Arm
to activate or deactivate the
automatic detection for bed exiting. Press OK
to set, press CANCEL to cancel command and
return to the Patient risk management screen.
Select the detection level before activating the
auto-arm or else function will select Detection 1
level by default. Auto Arm button turns green
when activated and AUTO displays on Arm
button. The auto-arm function has a threshold
of 70 lb/35 kg.
• Close
to return to Patient risk management screen.
Patient risk management log screen
The Patient risk management log offers a log listing up to 100 entries related to activation and deactivation of
features. Entries related to bed exit control are highlighted in green to indicate activation and highlighted in orange
to indicate an alarm. Log displays the description, date and time of the activity.
Select:
•
UP/DOWN arrows
to scroll up or down the log.
•
ERASE
to erase log entries. This activity
can be protected by a password through the
Maintenance menu (tools pictogram). Press
YES to erase log; press NO to return to the
Patient risk management log screen.
•
CLOSE
to return to the Patient Risk
Management screen.
