Fall risk management screen menu
Navigate and select:
• Set Detection
to access the bed exit detection
settings. The displayed pictogram informs of
the pre-selected detection level.
• Alarm Settings
to access the volume range
and the tone selection.
• Inform
to set up a screen saver configurated
to inform caregivers with color coding and/or
different pictograms from the Pictograms library
and/or siderail configuration requirements
based on patient condition.
• Log
to access the bed exit log.
• Close
to exit menu
• Zero
to "zero" the bed exit settings. Menu mentions that patient shall not be in bed and to install equipment
if appropriate prior to start. Bed shall not be touched while zeroing, or cancel command. Screen returns to
the Fall risk
menu selection once completed. If bed is equipped with scale option, the function to perform
a zeroing is found in the
Scale screen
(page 55).
IMPORTANT
A simplified interface displaying less options is offered for a simplified use. It is possible to change the interface
through the Preference menu, then through Maintenance menu in Bed options menu. On the Standard interface,
the Auto Arm button and the Inform button are not displayed. If PIN protected, contact maintenance for access.
In the Home screen, the Preference box displays the symbol for Lockout and the Inform pictogram if selections
made in Inform. The Preference menu offers short cuts to get to Inform or to Lockouts screen menus.
Depending on configuration selected when ordered, bed’s display presentation on the screen may vary.
