FITTING INSTRUCTIONS

Remove below the vehicle any mastic from contact points between the chassis and the
towbar; then paint mastic free pieces with rust inhibitor.
1.
Remove the lights and the rear bumper;
2.
Remove and eliminate the reinforcement bar and the shackle, placed on the left
side;
3.
Place the tie rods “A” inside the chassis-rails referring to the holes “1” and “2”,
insert the screws and fix interposing the wide washers;
4.
Place the cross bar “B” referring to the holes “03” and “4”, insert the screws and
fix;
5.
Tighten all bolts and nuts as shown in the enclosed layout;
6.
Connect the wiring to the socket, following the car booklet's instructions “use and
maintenance” as shown in the enclosed wiring kit layout;
7.
Back together the bumper fixing it to the new cross bar bearings, with the nuts in
position “5” and then back together the lights.
