Resin change & Technical data
• Inspect system head assembly: O-ring is in good condition.
Re-coat o-ring with silicone lubricant only.
• Re-install DI System head assembly, press it slightly, then turn it 1/8
clockwise while fixing the base unit with your feet.
• System is ready to be operated.
The green ring on upper Ultra Resin Pack seals the system, ensuring optimum
resin performance.
Never use other resin in this system! This leads to have water spillage in the
top cap and a low resin performance!

6.3 Dynamic Flow Control
The ideal water flow in this system is 120l/hour. To make the performance of
HydroPower
®
Ultra independend from incoming water suppply pressure,
a dynamic flow control is included to the Water In Valve. (fig.

It reduces the water flow to 2l/minute (= 120l/hour).
You can easily remove the Dynamic Flow Control (fig.
M
) to achieve a higher
water flow than 120l/h.
