Functional description
:
This command is use to set horizontal or vertical position of cursor line A, it’s related to instruction
CURSor:TYPE. Amplitude represents vertical position, time represents horizontal position. vertical line
range form left to right [0,699], and horizontal line range from up to down [28,227].
