8. Disassembly and scrapping

1. Two persons are required to disassemble the machine. Before you proceed with the
disassembly, read the operation manual for the equipment to be disassembled.
2. The disassembly site should be equipped with a lifting device with the lifting capacity
of 500 kg (e.g. overhead crane, crane or car jack).
3. Disassembly sequence:
- remove the wiring system (1);
- remove the hydraulic system (2);
- remove the distribution discs (3);
- remove the distribution mechanism (4);
- detach intersecting axis gears (6) from the container beam; pour the oil located in
the gears to a separate container;
- remove the extension (7) from the load container.
Worn out parts and components can be refurbished by specialist companies. Welding
small cracks in the frame and fertiliser container is permitted. Welded surfaces should
be cleaned and rust-proofed. Parts showing excessive wear or damaged must be
scrapped; once sorted, these should be delivered to the scrap yard.
