3.3 Mounting and Disconnecting the Machine
The tractor should stand on a firm and level ground in order to connect the machine to it in a
safe and correct manner.

a) Mounting
•
shift the tractor hydraulics to the position control
•
disconnect the suspension axle

from the semi-plough and attach it to the tractor’s
lower link

back the tractor to a distance that allows connection of the suspension axle

with
the frame plates and the tractor upper coupler

•
secure the suspension axle
(D)
in the frame plates by means of pins and cotter pins
•
connect the upper tractor coupler

. Select position of the upper bolt

in the
carriage acc. to the terrain. During work of the machine, the upper fixing point should
be located higher than the point of fixing this coupler to the tractor
•
fold the leg

to its transport position
•
lift the plough and check, if the load on the front axle is sufficient (take into account
future working conditions, and especially slopes)
•
clean the plough hydraulic quick connectors and the tractor hydraulic connectors
(option)
•
connect the machine hydraulic hoses to the tractor external hydraulic system (option)
and check the hoses for tightness
•
check lifting, lowering and operation of the machine hydraulic system; remember to
connect all hoses to all tractor 2-way hydraulic connectors
