- Indicates the number of each emergency
call record.

Caller
-The ID of whom makes the emergency call

Name
-The responder’s name.

Status
- Indicates emergency call’s status of which
the call is being answered or missed..

Ring Time
- Indicates the time of each recorded
status.
G.
Pick Up Time
-The time that dispatcher respond
the emergency call.

Talk Time
-Time duration for the selected call re-
cord.
Step3.The users are allowed to review or query the
local area network status of specific period un-
der this function. In the function area, there are
3 main columns in display, which are “Index”,
“Status”, “Time”.
Step4.Click to set the start
and end date of specific
time. Click
to start
searching. For each re-
cord, a time & date and
listing of the status is pro-
vided.
(Notice: The time limitation for any selected date searching
is 1 year)
Step5.Export Data
Click,
a confirmation box will pop out,
click “Yes” to export the data; or “No” to go back
to the function.
(Under Internet Explorer 8 or above)
The Emergency Call record can be exported as a
XLS file with the function name.
5-1.Select a destination location to save the export-
ed file.
5-2.Click “Save” , the record will be exported to
your destination.
