IGNITING THE WOK RANGE
炒爐操作程序
1.
Before using the wok range, make sure all the knobs are in “off” position.

Turn on the exhaust fan of the hood.

3.
Press and turn the knob from “off” position to “flame”. Hold it for 10 seconds or until
the pilot-light ignites.

Release the knob, whereupon the flame should remain ignited. If not, repeat the
