[고정  바늘 안내대의 경 우]

                                    

☞ 

루퍼의  전진  행정에서  바늘이  루퍼에  닿음을 방지하고, 바늘안내대는       

                             바늘에 닿지 않을 정도로 가장 가까이 근접 시켜서 조립하여 주십시오.

                         1. 풀리를 자기 앞쪽으로 돌려서, 바늘을 최하점까지 내립니다.

                         2. 루빠실안내브라켓트④와 베드의 조립나사③을 풀어줍니다. 

                         3.  바늘②과  바늘  안내대①의  간격은  0.2~0.3mm되도록  바늘안내대①를   

                           움직여서 조정합니다.

                             4. 조정후, 고정나사③를 견고하게 체결합니다.

☞ 

Install the  needle bar  guard in their forward travel to avoid  touching    

                                           the  needles  with  looper,  and  make  the  needle  bar  guard close  to     

                                           avoid touching the needles.

                          1. Turn the machine pulley toward yourself to come down the needle to  

                                           the lowest position.

                                        2. Loosen the looper thread guard bracket④ and bed screw③. 

                                        3. Adjust the clearance between the needles② and the needle guard①  

                                           to anywhere from 0.2~0.3mm by moving the needle guard①.

                                        4. After adjusting, install the set screw③ securely.

               

                                    

 

                               9-5 톱니 높이의 조정 (Feed dog height adjustment)

                           

☞ 

톱니①가  최고  위치에  있을  때,  톱니①의  높이는  침판상면보다   

                               0.8mm가 높도록 조정합니다.

                           

 송대 편심축②을 돌려서 톱니①의 높이를 조정합니다.

                                         

 Make an adjustment so that the highest part of the feed dog① will  

                                            be 0.8mm above the top surface of the needle plate when feed dog  

                                            is at the highest position.

                                         

 Adjust the height of feed dog① by turning feed bar eccentric shaft②.

             

                            

                                9-6 윗실 천평 실걸이의 조정 

                           

☞ 

침봉이 최하점에 도달했을 때, 윗실 천평 실 구멍 중심으로부터 윗실  

                                             천평실걸이 상단까지의 간격은 2~3mm가 되도록 조정합니다.

                          1. 풀리를 자기 앞쪽으로 돌려서, 침봉을 최하점의 위치로 합니다.

                          2. 고정나사①를  풀고,  윗실  천평실걸이②의  상단이  윗실  천평  실구멍   

                                             중심으로부터  2~3mm가  되도록,  윗실천평실걸이②를  상하로  움직    

                                             여서 조정합니다.

                           

※ 

윗실 천평 실걸이②를 위로 움직이면, 윗실 루퍼는 크게됩니다.

                                          3. 고정나사①를 체결합니다.
