Care, maintenance and repair
Step 4: Wash the filter element in soapy water, rinse with
clean water and dry with a clean cloth or allow
to dry completely.
Step 5: Oil the filter element and squeeze out the excess
oil. The filter element must be moist, but must
not drip.

Step 6: Insert the filter element into the filter housing.
Step 7: Reassemble the cover.
11.7Clean fuel filter
Maintenance of the fuel filter must be carried out every 6
months or every 100 operating hours.
Step 1: Switch off the generator and let it cool down.
Step 2: Remove the fuel filler cap and the filter (1).

Step 3: Clean the filter with petrol, replace if damaged.

Step 4: Dry and reinstall the filter.
Step 5: Screw the fuel cap back on.

Do not twist the filter element when squeezing to
avoid damage.
DANGER!
Never start the engine without a filter element.
