Stürmer Maschinen GmbH accepts no liability for design
and technical modifications to the lifting platform.
Claims of any kind for damage due to improper use are
excluded.
3.1 Predictable misuse
- Lifting of vehicles that exceed the specified maxi-
mum load.
- Lifting of vehicles that are not sufficiently secured
on the lift.
- Lifting of persons or other objects.
3.2 Residual risks
- Risk of crushing when lowering the lift.
- Movement of the lifted load with insufficient safety.
- Unforeseen lowering of the lifting platform in case
of leakage in the hydraulic system or insufficient
protection with support blocks.

5 Transport, Packaging, Storage
5.1 Transport
Check the scissor lift after delivery for visible transport
damage. If you discover any damage, report it immedi-
ately to the transport company or the dealer.
5.2 Packaging
All packaging materials and packaging aids used are
recyclable and must always be sent for material recy-
cling.
Shredded cardboard packaging components should be
sent to the waste paper collection.
The films are made of polyethylene (PE), the padded
parts of polystyrene (PS). These materials are to be han-
ded in at a reusable material collection point or to your
local waste disposal company.
5.3 Storage
Oil the scissor lift and store it in a frost-free and dry env-
ironment. Store the scissor lift only with the scissor lift lo-
wered and the drain valve closed. Do not place anything
on the scissor lift.
If you do not use the scissor lift for a longer period of
time, then:
- Disconnect the lift from the power source.
- Empty the oil tank.
- Lubricate the moving parts with hydraulic oil.
