Using the Menus

 (使用說明)

1) 按 Menu/Select 鍵進入說明
2) 用在左邊之箭咀選擇要選之選項
3) 移動箭咀以選擇選項,再按Menu/Select鍵
4) 按Phonebook/Left鍵以返回上一板面
5) 於手機按End鍵或在主機按Play/Stop鍵以關

Day & Time Setting

 (時間及日期設定)

1) 按Menu/Select鍵上下選擇 Day & Time,按 

menu 鍵

2) 按 上下鍵選擇上午或下午,按 menu鍵確認
3) 用鍵盤號碼輸入小時及分鐘,按 menu鍵確認

Entering Text on Your Phone

(在電話裹輸入文字)

可利用十二個鍵盤上代表之英文字母輸入你想要
的文字(如電話簿姓名)
1) 電話按鍵盤上顯示之字母輸入。例如你按數

字鍵”2”一次就會輸入字母"A"

2) 若你由最後一個字母後再按一次,便會再由

最細之字母開始

3) 當看見符號 [A a] 顯示時,電話會由大階轉

細階再轉為數字;當出現 [a A] 時會先出現
細階,數字再大階

4) 電話會自動為首字母及空隔後之第一字母用

大階

5) 若兩個字母於同一行選用相同數字鍵,輸入

第一個數字後用 Caller ID/Right 移動箭咀
至下個字母之位置

6) 要變更大小階可按*鍵
7) 按 # 鍵可留一空白格
8) 要刪除一字母,可把箭咀移向要刪除之字母

後按 Clear 鍵或字機之 Clear/Intercom 鍵

9) 要刪除整個輸入,可按定Clear鍵待一會兒
10) 要輸入標點符號或符號可按0轉變所提供之選擇

Using your Phone

 (使用電話)

1) 若由機座先打號碼後拿起有線話筒,若由無

線手機先按號碼再按Talk/Flash鍵

2) 接聽電話可直接拿起有線聽筒或從無線話機

按Talk/Flash鍵

3) 掛線時把話筒放回機座或從無線話機按End鍵
4) 當通話時要靜音可按Mute鍵重按回復正常,

如從無線話筒可按 Message/Mute 鍵重按回
復正常

5) 暫停一個通話可從機座按Find Handset/

Intercom 鍵或從無線手機按Clear/Intercom
鍵,當通話暫停超過五分鐘便會自動掛線

6) 返回一暫停之通話,拿起話筒或按Speaker

鍵。若在無線手機可按Talk/Flash鍵

7) 靜止某一通話之響鈴可按機座之Mute鍵或按

無線手機之Message/Mute鍵

Using the Speakerphone

 (使用揚聲器)

機座及子機也有附設揚聲器,要使用機座之揚聲
器,按Speaker鍵代替拿起有線話筒。要使用子
機之揚聲器,按Speaker鍵代替Talk/Flash鍵
1) 要打電話,撥號後從機座或子機按Speaker鍵
2) 要接電話,直接從機座或子機按Speaker鍵
3) 轉變通話到揚聲器,按機座或子機之Speaker

4) 轉換到耳筒,直接拿起有線話筒或按子機上

之Speaker鍵

5) 中斷揚聲器之通話,可按機座之Speaker鍵或

子機上之End鍵

Changing the Volume

 (更改音量)

可個別地調較響鈴、耳筒和揚聲器之音量。按Up
鍵令音量調大或按Down鍵將音量調細
1) 更改響鈴之音量,當電話備用中在機座或子

機選擇關掉、低、中或高

2) 更改耳筒之音量,當有通話時在機座或子機

從6種音量中選擇一種

3) 更改揚聲器之音量,當正在用揚聲器時,在

機座從10種音量選擇其一或在子機從6種音量
選擇其一

Using the Redial List

(使用重撥)

電話會儲存你最後撥出之五個通話,打開重撥表
可按Redial/Pause鍵,再用Up或Down鍵選擇表中
之號碼。要關閉重撥表按Phonebook/Left鍵
電話簿可最多輸入70個號碼
1) 要重撥選擇了之號碼在話機按Talk/Flash鍵

或在機座拿起有線話筒

2) 刪除號碼可按Menu/Select鍵再選擇輸入刪除
3) 儲存號碼到電話簿按Menu/Select鍵選擇儲存

Using Caller ID and Call Waiting

(使用來電顯示及來電候接)

你需要訂購來電顯示、來電等候及第三者來電等
候服務。可聯絡你的電話網絡供應商以得到更詳
盡之資訊。當有來電時,電話會顯示來電號碼及
來電者之姓名(如有提供) 電話會把最後收到之
30個來電儲存至來電顯示表中,當在備用模式,
電話會顯示從上一次你檢查來電顯示表後打入
之電話數目
1) 打開來電顯示表可按CID鍵
2) 要檢閱來電顯示表可按Down鍵從最新看到最

舊或按Up鍵從最舊看到最新

3) 關閉來電顯示表可按Phonebook/Left鍵
