Using Call Transfer

 (使用來電轉駁)

1) 要轉駁一來電,在機座按Find Handset/

Intercom鍵使通話暫停,再選擇要轉駁之子
機,此時該子機會響閙,接聽電話後之前的
通話會切斷;在無線手機按 Clear/Intercom 
鍵使通話暫停,之後的步驟如上

2) 要取消轉駁在機座按 Speaker 回到之前通

話;在無線手機按Talk/Flash鍵即返回之前
通話

3) 要接聽轉駁之來電,在機座拿起話筒再按

Clear/Intercom鍵,再按Speaker鍵;在無線
手機按Talk/ Flash鍵

Using the Intercom

 (使用內部通話)

1) 當電話在備用時,你可在不用電話線之情況

下使用內部通話

2) 你可利用任何一部子機進行內部通話,但每

次只限兩個對話

3) 當內部通話時有來電,電話會有來電顯示資

訊,若另一部子機不接聽來電,電話會暫停
傳呼子機令你可接聽來電

4) 要使用內部通話可在機座按find Hanset/

Intercom鍵,再選擇要與你內部通話之手機
或在無線手機按Clear/Intercom鍵之後再選
要通話之手機

5) 要取消傳呼可按機座上之Find hanset/ 

Intercom鍵或按無線手機上之End 鍵

6) 要接聽內部通話可按機座上之Find/ 

Handset/ intercom鍵或按無線手機之Clear/
Intercom或Talk/Flash鍵

7) 要終止內部通話可按機座之Find Handset/ 

Intercom鍵或無線手機之End 鍵

8) 內部通話中要接聽外來來電可按機座之

Speaker鍵或無線手機之Talk/ Flash鍵

Using Your Phone During A Power Failure

 

(停電時使用電話)

因此電話有有線手機,所以停電時下列功能可
如常操作
1) 用主機有線電話打出及接聽通話
2) 更改子機之音量
3) 用有線電話使用第三者來電候接
4) 在通話中使用暫停

Use of Auto Talk

 (使用自動接聽功能)

當來電時,只需要從子機座中拿起子機,便可
馬上通話
1) 按 menu 鍵,選擇 Handset Setup,再按 

menu 鍵

2) 選擇 Auto Talk,按 menu 鍵
3) 選擇 Yes 啟動功能 / 或 No 取消

(使用口信提示功能)

1) 此功能支援(FSK)口信提示,如你有安裝口

信服務,當有口信時電話會作出提示,一個
(V)符號會出現在顯示器。 在手機頂的口信
燈會閃動

2) 要再設定口信提示器,可在機座打開目錄選

擇環球設定,選擇VMWI 重設再選擇YES以重

個人歡迎辭可由2秒到30秒,如不選用個人歡迎
辭,系統會啟動預設以下歡迎辭

Record Greeting

 (要記錄歡迎辭)

1) 由機座打開目錄選擇Ans. Setup或在無線手

機按Message/ Mute以進入答錄系統

2) 在機座選擇錄製歡迎辭或從無線手機按 8
3) 再按Menu/Select鍵待系統說出錄製歡迎辭時

可開始錄音

4) 當錄製完畢在機座按Play/ Stop鍵或在無線

電話按8字停止錄音。此時系統會播放錄音一

5) 若保留這錄音在機座按Phonebook/Left或

Caller ID/Right鍵;在無線手機可按6字選
擇這錄音

若要轉換預設錄製歡迎辭與個人錄製歡迎辭:
1) 在機座開啟目錄選擇答錄設定或在無線手機

按 Message/Mute 鍵進入答錄系統

2) 在機座選歡迎辭選項或在無線手機按6字,系

統會播放正在選用之歡迎辭

3) 在機座按Phonebook/Left或Caller ID/Right

鍵以轉換歡迎辭;若在無線手機可按6字轉換
