Greeting

 (歡迎辭)

1) 在機座或無線手機先選取個人錄製之歡迎辭
2) 當歡迎辭正播放中,在機座按Delete鍵或在

無線手機按4字答錄設定目錄選項

1) 記錄歡迎辭,可從機座記錄(詳情可從上參

考)

2) 歡迎辭選項,可從機座更改或刪除個人之歡

迎辭(詳情可從上參考)

3) 保安密碼,輸入一個兩位數字在進入答錄系

統前需輸入

4) 響閙時間,可設定播放歡迎辭前之響閙次

數,分別為2,4,6

5) 錄製時間,設定來電者可留言之時間,分別

為1分鐘或4分鐘。你也可選擇只播放歡迎辭
而不讓來電者留言

6) 留言知悉,當有留言時可設定系統每15分鐘

響閙,當聽完所有錄音後響閙便會停止

7) 答錄語言,更改口信提示之語言
8) 聲音提示,當開啟聲音提示時,當有留言時

你可立即在揚聲器聽到

9) 開關答錄,可直接從答錄系統開闢系統

Getting Your Message

 (提取訊息)

在電話正在使用中,你可以隨時用手機進入系統
* 當操控時,電話會發出聲響以提示你正在等

待你之指令

* 你可按指令旁之號碼代替上下移動
* 當你在30秒後不按任何鍵,電話會自動返回

備用狀態

* 每次只能以一部子機進入系統

1) 啟播新訊息,在機座可按Play/Stop鍵或在手

機按Message/Mute鍵。系統會宣佈你有之新
舊訊息數量,之後會播放第一個訊息再接著
訊息收到之時間及日子。之後系統會順著訊
息收到之次序播放。

2) 重覆播放訊息,可按機座之Phonebook/Left

鍵或手機之1字。

3) 重播之前訊息可重覆按機座Phonebook/Left

鍵或手機之1字直至你聽到你想收聽之訊息

4) 要跳播一個訊息可按機座之Caller ID /

Right 鍵或手機之3字

5) 要刪除一個訊息,當訊息播放中在機座按

Delete鍵或在手機按4字

6) 刪除所有訊息,當電話使用中,按Delete

鍵,系統再問你確認時再多按一次Delete鍵

7) 播放舊訊息可待系統播放完新訊息後,在機

座按 Play/Stop 鍵或在手機按2字

8) 結束操作,在機座按Play/Stop鍵或在手機按

End鍵

打入系統

1) 打你的電話號碼等待系統接聽
2) 當播放歡迎辭時按0字馬上進入你的安全密碼

(你有3次輸入你的安全密碼機會)

3) 系統會宣佈當時之時間,記憶儲存之訊息數

量和協助提示。之後它會開始發出Beep聲令
你意會它正在等待你的指令

4) 當你聽到間歇之Beep聲,你可輸入下列列表

之指令

  0-1重覆口信
  0-2播放口信
  0-3略過口信
  0-4刪除口信
  0-5停止重播
  0-6開啟系統
  0-9關閉系統
  1-0收聽協助提示
  若你在15秘內不按任何鍵,電話會掛斷及返

Screening Your Calls

 (聲音提示)

聲音提示,當系統收取留言時,你會從機座之
揚聲器聽到來電者之口訊(若你有開啟聲音提
示功能)
1) 要收聽來電者之留言可從機座之揚聲器聽到

或在手機按Message/Mute鍵

2) 要接聽電話可拿起有線話筒或按無線手機之

Talk/Flash鍵

3) 不接聽電話而靜音該來電可在機座按 Mute 

鍵或在手機按End鍵或把手機放回機座

當你把來電靜音,系統會繼續錄取留言,只是不
會在揚聲器播放

Resetting and registering Handsets

(重設和登記話機)

若你用無線子機產生問題時或你想替換一部,你
需要清除子機與機座之所有資料
1) 按End鍵和#鍵直至系統重設目錄顯示(約五

秒)

2) 選擇Deregister HS,顯示器會列出所有登記

了之手機

3) 選擇想要重設之手機
4) 當電話叫你確認時,選擇Yes,手機清除所有

機座內之資訊及刪除此手機與機座之連繫

當你重設一子機(或你購買了一部新的子機),
這子機會顯示子機尚未登記之信息。當看見此訊
息時,你需要登記此機到機座方可使用
