One Year Limited Warranty
Important: Evdence of orgnal purchase s requred for warranty
servce. WARRANTOR: UNIDEN AMERICA CORPORATION ("Unden")
ELEMENTS OF WARRANTY: Unden warrants, for one year, to the
orgnal retal owner, ths Unden Product to be free from defects n
materals and craftsmanshp wth only the lmtatons or exclusons set
out below.
WARRANTY DURATION: Ths warranty to the orgnal user shall
termnate and be of no further effect 2 months after the date of orgnal
retal sale. The warranty s nvald f the Product s (A) damaged or not
maintained as reasonable or necessary, (B) modified, altered, or used
as part of any conversion kits, subassemblies, or any configurations
not sold by Unden, (C) mproperly nstalled, (D) servced or repared by
someone other than an authorzed Unden servce center for a defect
or malfuncton covered by ths warranty, (E) used n any conjuncton
wth equpment or parts or as part of any system not manufactured by
Unden, or (F) nstalled or programmed by anyone other than as detaled
by the owner's manual for ths product.
STATEMENT OF REMEDY: In the event that the product does not
conform to ths warranty at any tme whle ths warranty s n effect,
warrantor wll ether, at ts opton, repar or replace the defectve unt and
return t to you wthout charge for parts, servce, or any other cost (except
shppng and handlng) ncurred by warrantor or ts representatves
n connecton wth the performance of ths warranty. Warrantor, at
ts opton, may replace the unt wth a new or refurbshed unt. THE
LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE IS THE SOLE AND ENTIRE
WARRANTY PERTAINING TO THE PRODUCT AND IS IN LIEU OF
AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY NATURE
WHATSOEVER, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR ARISING BY
OPERATION OF LAW, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
OR PROVIDE FOR THE REIMBURSEMENT OR PAYMENT OF
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not
allow ths excluson or lmtaton of ncdental or consequental damages
so the above lmtaton or excluson may not apply to you.
