Editing a Stored Name and/or Phone Number
1) Press the
memory
key in standby mode.
Select Memory
is
displayed.
2) Enter a number (

9
), or press the

key to select the memory location you would like to
edit, and press the
memory

key.
3) Press the
memory

key.
The following screen appears with the memory location
number that you have selected in the display.
4) Press the

key to select
Edit

, then press the
memory

key. The
following screen appears. The cursor flashes, indicating
that the display is ready for the name to be edited. When a
name has not been stored, the cursor appears at the
beginning of the second line.
5) Use the

delete/channel
, or any number
key to edit the name (see page 24). To edit only the phone
number, skip this step.
6) Press the
memory
or
select
key. The following screen appears.
The cursor flashes indicating that the display is ready for
the number to be edited.
