5.1 Reader Command Description

% (25H) – Retransmit
COMMENT
Retransmits the last message sent by the reader.
NOTE
This command is ignored if the reader is running in Self-Arm mode.

70 (37H30H) or 90 (39H30H) – Serial Number Report
COMMENT
Gets the reader’s serial number that has been stored in the EEPROM.

71 (37H31H) or 91 (39H31H) – Copyright Report
COMMENT
Transmits version and copyright information.
This command is sent if the user wants to know the version, model and copyright of the
currently loaded UIC680 firmware. The response is an ASCII string giving the firmware
date (yymmdd), reader type and the firmware version number, followed by the firmware
copyright statement. The firmware copyright statement is absent in OEM version.
