Adjusting heavy oil flow rate
The oil flow rate can be adjusted choosing a by-pass nozzle that suits the boiler/utilisation output and setting the delivery and return
pressure values according to the ones quoted on the chart below and the diagram s (as far as reading the pressure values, see next
paragraphs).
FLUIDICS nozzles
Example:
as for over 100kg/h nozzles, the 80% of the nozzle flow rate can be obtained with a return pressure at about 18bar (see dia-
gram above).
