Transmitter is connected to the computer, but the “On Air” LED does not light up.
Check to make sure the USB cable is properly connected between the UX300 and
the computer.
Disconnect the USB cable from the computer, wait a few seconds and reconnect to
the computer making sure the USB plug is completely inserted into the computer
USB port with the correct orientation.
Try a different USB port if available.
If problem persists, restart the computer and try again.
Transmitter is connected to the computer and the “On Air” LED lights up, but there
is no sound coming from the radio.
Check to make sure there is something playing on the computer and both the
volume level on the audio player application as well as the master computer
volume are set to medium.
Check to make sure the mute function of the audio player application or the
operating system has not been accidentally enabled.
Check to make sure the frequency selection on the transmitter is the same as the
frequency tuned on the radio.
Restart the audio player application.
If problem persists, restart the computer and try again.
Distorted audio heard on the radio.
Adjust the volume level on the audio player application and/or master computer
volume.
