Fail to get hot water
After connecting the power supply for the first time
or reconnecting the power supply, the machine is in
"anti-dry-burning protection”
Get a small cup of normal temperature water first, and
then hot water of other temperatures

then hot water of other temperatures
Lack of water in purified water container. The “icon
of water shortage of purified water container” lights
up for a long time
Wait for the icon of water shortage of purified water
container to go out, and then the water can be got
normally
The machine does not purify water
The water container cap is not closed
Check that the water container cap is closed properly
The water level of water container is lower than the
scale line. The "water change icon" flashes
Please take out the water container for water change and
observe that the water change icon is off
The water container is not installed in place
Check that the water container is correctly installed
There is peculiar smell in the water
It is a new machine that just to be used
Drain 3 L of water before using
The machine is not used for a long time

The sound of water purification is

The water level is lower than the dotted scale in the

Please take out the water container to change the water,
