Operation

Fully understand all operational

safety warnings

before using the tool. • Do NOT operate the

tool continuously for more than 10 minutes. • Once the selected torque is reached, the

clutch disengages and prevents the drive pin rotating

– do not attempt to further tighten by repeatedly

activating the tool. • ALWAYS hold the tool firmly with both hands when operating.

Changing Sockets

Disconnect the tool from the electrical supply.

Hold the tool body firmly with one hand.

Insert the socket (

) fully onto the drive pin (

with the hole (

) in the socket aligned with the

spring-loaded ball (

) in the drive pin.

To remove a socket, disconnect the tool from the
electrical supply, then pull the socket directly from
the drive pin.

Selecting Torque

ALWAYS set the torque to the most suitable setting for the fastener.
There are 2 settings available

– "

" = 100Nm, "

" = 350Nm.

• For vehicle

fasteners, consult manufacturer instructions for co

rrect torque values. • Do NOT

change torque setting while the tool is running.

The tool features 2 torque settings (100 and 350Nm). The tool will automatically
disengage the drive pin when the fasteners is at the selected torque value. This
helps prevent the possibility of over-tightening fasteners.

For 100Nm torque, rotate (

) so "1" is next to the arrow (

) on the trigger.

•

For 350Nm torque, rotate (

) so "2" is next to the arrow (

) on the trigger.

Selecting Direction

The image shows the tool in "forward" mode

. • Do NOT change direction while the tool is running.

The drive pin can rotate "forward" (right or clockwise) for screwing in /
tightening. Similarly, the direction of rotation can be "reverse" (left or anti-
clockwise) for screwing out / loosening.

To rotate forward, push (

To rotate in reverse, push (

) "in".
