A N C H O R I N G :
IMPORTANT:
Proper anchoring is essential to the safety and performance of your product. Due to the wide variety of conditions, we advise using
a professional skilled in mooring and anchoring, and experienced with local conditions. If improperly anchored, the product can move and/or
float away. The Entertainment Group is not responsible for any damage, injuries or losses due to improper anchoring.
Due to the high loads that may be generated, you must use all available anchor rings to spread the load and properly secure the product under
normal conditions. Here are some general guidelines for anchoring your product. These guidelines are not intended to replace the need for
professional installation.
1) Choose a location for your feature. Make sure the water depth is at least 8’ (2,44 m) Review your lake rules and restrictions with your local authorities.
2) Carefully check the water and seabed below the selected area for sharp or dangerous objects (i.e. rocks or stumps). Keep a safe distance from
docks, boats, boat lifts, and any other structures. DO NOT tie the product to a dock!
3) Anchors and anchor chain are sold separately. Due to the wide variety of conditions (water depth, water type, seabed type, currents etc.) consult
a local mooring/anchoring professional for anchor building guidelines.
4) When the product is in place, attach the Union Mooring Bungee to the anchor chain. BE SURE TO ALLOW enough slack in the anchor chain to allow
the product to move in wind or waves without displacing your mooring.
5) If strong winds or storms are expected, it is best to remove the product from the water and secure or store it.
O P E R AT I O N :
1) Airtime’s intended use is an obstacle. Never allow more than 4 persons to use the feature at one time.
2) We strongly recommend maintaining supervision at all times during use by a professionally certified lifeguard. NEVER use unattended.
3) Do not exceed the product’s recommended number of users of 4.
4) USE COMMON SENSE. Never jump or dive from the product. Be aware that motion of the product could cause a loss of balance and injury.
5) Do not swim in the area while the product is in use. Ensure that all swimmers have cleared the area before entering the water and before continuing
use of the product. Do NOT follow other climbers. Never swim underneath the product.
6) If the product appears to have lost air pressure or stability, immediately discontinue use. Check and monitor for proper air pressure and air-holding
ability. Check and secure all straps and replace any worn parts. Do not continue use until these are confirmed.
7) If strong winds or storms are expected, it is best to remove the product and secure or store it.
CA R E A N D M A I N T E N A N C E :
1) While your product has been initially treated with UV protectant, long-term exposure to sunlight will damage the product. Regularly apply a PVC
safe UV protectant to the exposed surface of the tube to ensure the life of your product. Monthly application while the product is in use is required.
NOT DOING THIS WILL VOID THE WARRANTY.
2) WARNING: Certain products, especially petroleum-based solvents, cleaners and protectants such as Armor All can damage the product and use
of these products will void the warranty.
3) WARNING: Use of a high-pressure washer will damage the product and void the warranty. To clean, use a soft bristle brush with mild soap and
fresh water.
4) Check the inflation of your feature often. Check for proper air pressure using a manometer. Maximum expansion will occur in the heat of the
day. Proper inflation is critical to the safe operation of your product and will prolong damage from wear.
ASSEMBLY
INFLATION INSTRUCTIONS
FRAME INSTRUCTIONS
Locate a flat, dry area with access to electricity. Ensure that all debris has been removed from the area. Place the feature in the center of the setup
area while inside the protective carry cover. IMPORTANT: Sliding or dragging the feature across the ground can damage the feature and void the
warranty. Ensure the setup area is in an area with easy access to water. Caution should be taken when moving products due to the large size
and weight.
( 1 )
Once the feature is properly placed in the setup area, remove the carry cover and unfold the feature.
Make sure that all valves are in the OPEN position. Locate the primary valve (indicated by valve 1 symbol).
( 2 )
Close the primary valve and attach the inflation hose to the primary chamber. Inflate the primary chamber to 0.8 PSI (0,055 bar). Check for proper
air pressure using a manometer. After inflation, replace the primary valve cover. The chamber should be firm when inflation is complete. DO NOT
OVER-INFLATE. Pressures higher than recommended can damage the product and may void warranty.
( 3 )
Close the secondary valve (located on the Airtime connection platform) and attach the inflation hose to the secondary chamber. Inflate the
chamber to 1.75 PSI (0,12 bar). Check for proper air pressure using a manometer. After inflation, replace the secondary valve cover. The chamber
should be firm when inflation is complete. DO NOT OVER-INFLATE. Pressures higher than recommended can damage the product and may void
warranty.
( 4 )
Repeat step 4 for all secondary valves.
Lay out all stainless steel frames in a circle. Connect the pieces together loosely by inserting the male component into the female.
Secure each frame piece using the included through bolts and nuts.
Connect the jumping surface to the frame using the included springs and spring installation tool. Start by connecting 6 springs spaced equally
around the frame.
Fill in empty spaces around the frame one section at a time until all springs are attached. *Note: If the springs are not installed equally the tension
will make installation very difficult.
Using two people lift the frame and place it on the inflated base tube. Secure the frame with the straps located on the inflatable tube
Install the included frame cover by securing the straps around the steel frame.
