Problem:
Even though the SulfiLogger™ sensor has just been calibrated, the measurements are showing
incorrect values.
Solution:
When calibrating the SulfiLogger™ sensor it is important that the procedure described in the Main-
tenance chapter above is followed. Please refer to the relevant chapter, and if this is still giving problems,
contact Unisense. Please also note that even though the signal of the SulfiLogger™ sensor is temperature
compensated, the accuracy of the sensor is highest if the calibration is done at a temperature close to the
temperature of subsequent measurements.
Problem:
During a calibration, the SulfiLogger™ sensor is unable to enter calibration mode.
Solution:
Make sure to perfectly align the arrow on the calibration cap with the position of the indicator
light on the sensor when attaching the calibration cap - and make sure the cap is securely and fully attached.
