4. Find your balancing point so the U-Runner is completely still with both feeds up. To go forward, you carefully lean forward. To go
backwards, you carefully lean backwards. Make sure you go slowly and carefully until you completely understand the reactions of the U-
Runner.
5. Relax in arm and body and keep your knees slightly bend.
NOTICE: If the pedals aren’t in level with the maximum speed, an alarm will go off telling you to slow down before you continue.
6. To turn right, press lightly with your left foot and to turn left, lightly press with your right foot. The U-Runner can turn directly.
7. To go off, you always have to go off from behind. This can be done easily by taking one feet down and then take the other one. Do not
get off your U-Runner from the front - you can extremely easily loose balance and fall.
