Parity Check
Check digits are optional for Plessey and can be added as the last two digits, which are calculated values used to verify the
accuracy of the data.
No Parity Check:
The engine transmits Plessey barcodes as is.
Do Not Transmit Check Digit After Parity Check:
The engine will run parity checks using the last two digits of Plessey
barcode as check digits. Barcodes passing the checks will be transmitted except the last two digits, whereas those failing
them will not be transmitted.
Transmit Check Digit After Parity Check:
The engine will run parity checks using the last two digits of Plessey barcode
as check digits. Barcodes passing the checks will be transmitted, whereas those failing them will not be transmitted.
