A Little TLC Goes a
Long Way
Protecting Your Devices
• Always remove your devices before
using hair care products. The
microphones can become clogged
and cease to function properly
• Do not wear your devices in the bath or
shower or immerse them in water
• Be diligent when exercising, as excessive
sweat can impact your devices
• If you need to remove your devices while
away from your charger, turn them off
and place safely in the carrying case
provided
• If your devices do become wet, do
not attempt to dry them in an oven or
microwave. Do not adjust any controls.

• Avoid storing your devices and charger
in areas with high humidity, like the
bathroom
• Drying capsules can be placed in the
charger along with your devices to
help dehydrate your devices of excess
moisture (see page 8 in this guide for
where they fit in your charger)
• Protect your devices from excessive
heat (hair dryer, vehicle glove box or
dashboard)
• Ensure you do not twist or squeeze the
wires when your devices are placed in
their case
• Do not drop your devices or allow them
to hit hard surfaces
