Clean front X rail and groove on both sides using a cotton swab and alcohol.

Clean white bearings using a swab and alcohol by holding swab against bearing and
moving Y rail assembly left and right several times. Repeat for each bearing.

Clean rear X rail top and bottom with a tissue and alcohol.
10. Remove exhaust hose and clean inside and outside of exhaust tube with glass cleaner and
paper towel, then replace exhaust hose.
11. Check intake air filter and clean when dirty by soaking in a mild soap solution, rinsing
clean and drying. The intake filter is found on the right side of the system behind the grill
if equipped with an open loop exhaust systems. The intake filter is found in the intake tube
next to the engraving table if equipped with a closed loop exhaust system.
12. The intake air filter grill may be removed by removing the four screws which attach it to
the laser system. Grill may be cleaned in gentle detergent such as Ivory and warm water.
Rinse in hot water, dry and replace.
13. Wipe the surface of control panel with tissues. If large particles are present on the control
panel, dust the panel lightly with an oil free compressed air source before wiping with
tissue as large particles will scratch the surface of the control panel.
14. Clean fan grilles and spray fan enclosure with glass cleaner and paper towels.
15. Once the system is clean, clean all painted surfaces of the top cover inside and out with
glass cleaner and replace the top cover.
16. Open top door completely and spray underside of door with glass cleaner and wipe gently
with tissue.
17. Close top door and spray topside of door with glass cleaner. Wipe the door with tissues.
Clean door handle top, side and bottom.
18. Clean smoked lexan panels on the front, back, sides, and bottom inside and out by spraying
thoroughly with glass cleaner and wiping gently with tissues. Use several tissues when
cleaning each panel as to much dirt built up on a tissue will start to scratch the lexan.
CAUTIO:
All Lexan surfaces should be cleaned with tissue, NOT paper towels. Paper
towels scratch lexan.
