1. Place the appliance on a heat-
resistant surface.
2. Plug the power cord of the appli-
ance into an electrical outlet
(220–240 V~).
3. A signal tone will sound and indi-
cator light will be flashing red.
4. Use the temperature regulator to
set the lowest temperature. As
soon as the appliance is switched
on the, in addition you will hear
the interior fan.
5. Then select the desired tempe-
rature for your food. The tempe-
rature controller has seven tem-
perature settings (see section,
Temperature control).
6. Allow the appliance to heat up for
a few minutes.
7. Place the food on the grill plate.
8. Only use cooking utensils of wood
or plastic to place food on the grill
plate, or to remove food from the
grill plate. Metallic objects can
scratch the coating.
9. When your food is prepared, turn
the regulator to „OFF“ and unplug
the plug from the electrical out-
let. The device is not completely
switched off until it is unplugged.
10. Allow the appliance to cool com-
pletely before cleaning it.
CAUTION:
The appliance is very hot
during and after operation!
GRILLING ON THE GRILL SURFACE
Caution! Never cover the grill surface with aluminium foil, baking paper or
other materials. Do not use aluminium grilling trays. Fire can occur due to
the heat accumulation.
