PREPARING WAFFLES
1. Caution: Only change the plates, after
the appliance has cooled!
2. Prepare the desired waffle batter.
3. Remove the two grill plates by exerting
light pressure on the fixation screws.
4. Insert the waffle plates.
5. Plug the power cord into an electrical
outlet.
6. Place the two temperature regulators
on medium temperature and let the appli-
ance heat up.
7. Use a soup ladle to ladle a portion of batter onto the lower waffle plate.
Spread the batter on the plate with a wooden spoon.
8. Close the appliance and bake the waffles until golden brown.
9. When the baking cycle ends, open the appliance and carefully remove the
finished waffles.
10. If the waffles are too light, select a higher regulator setting. If the waffles
are two dark, select a lower regulator setting.
11. Continue until you have used up all the waffle batter.
12. When you have finished baking the waffles, turn the temperature regulator
to „0“, unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet, and let the appli-
ance adequately cool.
13. Tips: If you separate the eggs, beat the egg white until it is stiff, and then
fold it into the batter, you will get particularly fluffy and airy waffles (not
with yeast dough).
14. Please note that Belgian waffles will be thicker than conventional waffles
and consequently take slightly longer to bake.
CAUTION:
The appliance becomes very hot during operation!
