START
1. Before the first use wipe the grill
plates with a damp cloth and oil
them slightly. Due to the lamina-
tion a further oiling is not requi-
red.
2. Put the unit in closed condition
on a heat resisting surface.
3. Adjust the required temperature
and put the plug into a grounded
220–240 V~ mains socket.
4. During the first use, some smoke
and odour may occur, which dis-
appears within short time.
5. During grilling place a cup under
the discharge of the grease collec-
ting groove (A).
6. lf the unit shall be displaced
during use. please use only the
handles at the lower support.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL
1. You may choose different tem-
peratures for the upper and the
lower grill plates or you may heat
only one of the plates. Please pro-
ceed according to the following
guidelines:
Light heat: sausages
Medium heat: roasting, eggs,
sandwiches)
Great heat: grilling toasting
