TIPS FOR USE
1. Place your grill in the desired
position on a heat resisting sur-
face.
2. lf using only one plate, bring the
upper part in a vertical position.
3. If you use both plates, lift the
upper cover into a vertical posi-
tion, then fit the lateral crossbars
into the kerbs of the lateral hin-
ges.
4. lf you need a larger grilling or
roasting surface, or if you want to
grill on the riffled surface or roast
on a smooth plate tilt the upper
cover completely to the back.
5. The tilting grill plates can be
removed by pressure on the fixing
springs.
6. Adjust the temperature control as
desired and let the unit heat.
7. When control lamps turn out, the
required temperature is reached.
GRILLING AND ROASTING ON ONE/TWO SIDES
1. If for grilling on one side the
required temperature is reached,
put the food to be grilled on the
lower plate and grill according to
your taste.
2. When contact grilling from both
sides, both plates must be heated.
Lay the food on the lower plate
and put the top cover directly
on your steak by lifting the cover
slightly and then lowering it.
3. Should you want to gratinate e.
g. toasts, sandwiches, also heat
both plates.
4. To gratinate food in a plate, heat
only the top plate. Please take
care, that the plate is quite flat
and cannot slip from the bottom
plate.
