7. From the Department Transfer menu, select On
or Off.
The Department Transfer feature allows an employee
to punch in and out to more than one department.
8. In the Email field, enter the user’s email address.
9. In the Phone field, enter the user’s phone number.
10. In the Employee Payroll ID field, enter the
employee’s payroll ID number, if applicable.
11. Click Save & Continue to continue adding user
information, click Save & Add New to add a new
user, or click Save & Close.
