Data on engine marking are given in “YAMZ-236M2, YAMZ-238M2 Engines” Operation
Manual.
Engine starting preheating system and cab heater are not installed on the truck.
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
Page 5 of Operation Manual, point 3, phrase “...and the starting preheater...” should be
deleted.
Page 5 of Operation Manual, point 5 is replaced by the new one: “5. Work with coolants
(low-freezing liquids) and brake fluids needs great care
in order to avoid
poisoning, if they ingress
into the person organism.”
PRECAUTIONS
Page 7 of Operation Manual, points 6, 9 and 10 are deleted.
Page 8 of Operation Manual, the last sentence of point 13 is deleted.
The following points are added:
1. It is necessary to observe wire bunch fastening. Wire sagging and their contact with
exhaust system components are not allowed.
