Maintenance and reparation
CAUTION: Turn off the quad before handling the following parts.
Replace the chain (15min)
1. Remove the bolt from the right rear
wheel with the 6mm hex wrench.
2. Remove the nut on the wheel axle
us i ng the 5mm hex wrench a nd the
10mm wrench.
3. Wi th the s crewdriver, unscrew the 3
s crews on the protective casing of the
cha i n.
4. Remove the pa rt holding the chain
(A) a nd s lide i t to remove the chain
compl etely.
5. Remove the pa rt holding the chain
a nd s l i de i t to remove the chain
compl etely.
6. Screw on the protecti ve housing
us i ng the 3 s crews.
7. Reti ghten the nut on the wheel axle
us i ng the 5mm hex wrench a nd the
10mm wrench.
8. Ti ghten the bolt on the middle of the
wheel with the 6mm hex key.
