Warranty information
In all countries subject to EU law, UrbMob by PRO-mounts accepts liability for material
defects for two years from the date of sale. One of UrbMob's requirements to assume
this liability is that you use and maintain your UrbMob in accordance with all of the
terms described in this manual and any additional terms on our website
www.UrbMob.eu/manual which is always the most current version. Liability for
material defects does not cover normal wear and tear that occurs as a result of the
manufacturer's intended use of the product. Parts such as the battery, the engine, the
brake system, the drive system, the handles and all other unnamed parts are all
subject to wear from use. Where applicable, each UrbMob is backed by our two-year
full manufacturer's warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects.
UrbMob warrants this product, including all individual parts, against material and / or
construction defects as follows:
The warranty conditions below can be changed at any time; the most recent version of
these warranty conditions can be found online at www.UrbMob.eu/manual The parts
of UrbMob including the frame, handlebar with grips, brakes, lighting, deck, rims,
engine, throttle, control unit, cable set, display , standard, UrbMob reflectors,
hardware and batteries are warranted to be free from defects in materials and / or
construction for a period of 2 years from the original date of purchase. The warranty
on the battery does not cover damage from voltage surges, the use of an incorrect
charger, improper maintenance or other such abuse, disassembly, normal wear or
water damage.
Warranty exclusion
• Liability for material defects does not cover normal wear and tear arising from the
use of the product intended by the manufacturer. Parts such as the battery, engine
system, brake system, drive system, handles are all subject to wear and tear and are
not covered by warranty for normal wear and tear.
• Damage resulting from the use of the UrbMob in a competition or other applications
that are not part of the normal intended use.
• Damage due to incorrect tools, incorrect (dis) assembly or incorrect or negligence of
maintenance on the UrbMob.
• Damage resulting from the addition of non-standard equipment, parts or
modifications.
