This device complies with European standards EN60601-1, EN60601-1-2, EN60601-1-11 and EN60601-2-10 is
subject to special precautions regarding electromagnetic compatibility. Note that portable and mobile RF
communication equipment can affect this unit. More details can be requested from the stated Customer Service
address.
The device meets the requirements of European Directive 93/42/EC concerning medical devices.
*This excludes consumables (adhesive gels and other consumable electrotherapy accessories) when they are
subject to normal wear and tear.
This warranty is in addition to the existing warranty obligations and does not affect your statutory rights as a
consumer.
To claim the warranty, your request must be accompanied by a proof of purchase (receipt).
• Damage caused by improper use: failure to comply with the instructions for use, use not in accordance with the
original intended use, abnormal environmental conditions, unsuitable operating conditions, overloading or lack
of maintenance or care.
• Damage caused by commercial use.
• Damage on the products that were purchased as second-hand products.
• Processed or modified products.
