11.20 SETTING CALL FORWARDING TO SMARTPHONE/TABLET VIA CALLME APP
You can forward any audio or audio-video call from an outdoor station or call module to one or more smartphones/
tablets.
The maximum number of call forwarding operations to any smartphone/tablet is given by the number of licences
for
SIP Junction Channel Ref. 1375/20x
available on the system.
1375/20x licenses are cumulative.
Such calls can be received on smartphone/tablet using the Urmet
CallMe
App.
To configure the function correctly, follow the steps below:
The “
installer
” or “
administrator
” user must connect to the system network a router (if not present) so that it
can provide the Internet connection.
The “
administrator
” user must correctly configure the call forwarding service on iPerTAlk through the myTalk
web page.
The “
standard
” user must install the CallMe app, distributed for Android and iOS operating systems and
downloadable from the relevant stores, on the smartphone/tablet, then create and configure an account on the
Urmet Cloud. For account creation see the

.
The configuration of the function on iPerTAlk is done following the steps below:
1. Access the myTalk web interface by logging in as Administrator.
2. Configure the trunk to the “Urmet Cloud”. Click on “System”, “Advanced Configurations”, “Lines” and add a
new trunk by clicking the button
and select the trunk of “
Urmet Cloud
” type.
3. The following page will open, where you can enter:
Provider Name:
displayed name that allows identifying the lines being created.
Calling Number Displaying:
in the case of several available numbers provided by the same Provider, it is
possible to set the public number to be displayed to the caller for outbound calls.
Channels Number:
the number of simultaneous calls that can transit on the trunk. For example, with a
number of channels greater than 1, it will be possible to make multiple simultaneous calls to the relevant
CallMe account.
4. Press the key
to confirm the configuration.
