tening torque will differ according to the di-
ameter of bolt.
• Even though the diameters of bolts are the
same, the proper fastening torque will differ
according to the torque coefficient, the class of
bolt and the bolt length.
4. The use of the universal joint or the exten-
sion bar somewhat reduces the fastening force
of the impact wrench. Compensate by fasten-
ing for a longer period of time.
5. The manner of holding the tool or the mate-
rial of driving position to be fastened will af-
fect the torque.
6. Operating the tool at low speed will cause a
reduction in the fastening torque.

MAINTENANCE
WARNING: Always ensure that the plug is
disconnected from power source, the tool is
switched off and the battery pack is removed
before making any adjustments or mainte-
nance procedures the cordless impact wrench
and charger.
Regularly check that all the fixing screws are
tight. They may vibrate loose over time.
Keep the tool’s air vents unclogged and clean
at all times.
Regularly check to see if any dust or foreign
matter has entered the vents near the motor
and around the switches.
Use a soft brush to remove any accumulated
dust. Wear safety glasses to protect your eyes
whilst cleaning.
If the body of the tool needs cleaning, wipe
it with a soft damp cloth. A mild detergent
can be used but nothing like alcohol, petrol or
other cleaning agent.
CAUTION: Water must never come into con-
tact with the tool.
DISPOSAL OF AN EXHAUSTED BATTERY PACK
To preserve natural resources, please recycle or
dispose of the battery pack properly.
This battery pack contains Li-ion batteries.
Consult your local waste authority for infor-
mation regarding available recycling and/or
disposal options. Discharge your battery pack
by operating your tool, then remove the bat-
tery pack from the tool and cover the battery
pack terminals with heavy duty adhesive tape
to prevent short circuit.
IMPORTANT: Do not attempt to open or
remove any of the components.
