WILL NOT SPRAY
There is no pressure on the gun. Check the
ducts and vents.
The fluid regulator is not open enough. Open
the fluid regulator.
Material too thick. Regulate dissolution or
change the system pressure supply.
OVER SPRAYING
Spray pressure too high. Reduce pressure.
Too far from the work surface. Accommodate
to the appropriate distance.
Inappropriate strokes. Try moving at a moder-
ate pace parallel to the surface.
AIR LEAKAGE THROUGH THE DEPOSIT WITH-
OUT PULLING THE TRIGGER
The trigger valve is stuck. Lubricate.
Contaminated air in the safety valve. Clean.
Trigger valve is damaged or worn. Replace.
Valve stem trigger is broken. Replace.
The valve is deformed. Replace.
